But, seriously, folks, it's cold, wet and dreary and I am going to sponge paint my kitchen today. I am, I am, I really am.

Sponge painting can be like Zen. Instead of a sponge you should use Murray's butt. Or Sheldon's schnozzle. Dip, ...shplutt, shplutt, shplutt, shplutt, ...dip, schplutt, shplutt, shplutt, shplutt, shplutt.

Gosh, everything's so lovely up there on the tundra. Sorry it's cold and drizzly there this morning. It was cold here, too. I had to go to work at 0530, and it had to be down in the mid 60's. I almost needed to wear long pants. HAHAHAHAHA! Of course, it's supposed to be 90 and muggy this afternoon, so I'd trade places with you gladly.

I don't know where my daughter came up with "Murray", but Sheldon was named after a super neat Indian waiter we got to know on a cruise. So, Sheldon is an "Indian" name. :P

Lol! Thanks, cranky! I managed to do it again today, too. I multislacked the day away and only got a couple of sponge blobs and then tried plastic bag blobs on the wall. I think I like the plastic bag blobs better. But, the color I had, I am not sure about.

Well, I sponged a couple of spots and I didn't like the effect. So, I used a crumpled plastic bag. I LIKE that look, but now I hate the color...so I have to try another color.

So, it's now Spongeblob Squarepants's bag.

ooooooo....that Shel nosie needs to be tweeked....so cute !!!

I was out on mah g/f's mom's farm for a few days. There was a lovely flowering crabapple, a big friendly golden retriever, and three crazy kittehs. Sorry, no pics. But your pics reminded me of my weekend. Thanks. :)
