Spring
If the sight of the blue skies fills you with joy, if a blade of grass
springing up in the fields has power to move you, if the simple things of nature
have a message that you understand, rejoice, for your soul is
alive.

You know what's weird??? I have never been a "Spring person" before --- I have just always loved Summer and all Spring meant was that Summer was on it's way. But for some reason, this year I have noticed how vibrant and GORGEOUS the colors of Spring are for the first time. I never noticed how everything is big and fluffy and is pink, white, yellow, red, purple, orange --- everywhere I look it's like my senses are being attacked (lovingly) by COLOR and freshness! It's made me think, more than just a couple of times, was Spring ALWAYS this beautiful, or is it more beautiful this year than normal???
I don't know why I didn't notice before. Weird, huh?
The picture you posted is so pretty! And I love your flowery banner too.
Have a great day, Lauri!!

I love it!
And, I keep trying to remind myself when I am in the pits of midwinter and endwinter blahs, that I will feel this good way again about spring and summer, too!
We are very very lucky that we can truly appreciate the little things and the not so little things of beauty in nature! :D
Have a lovely day, too, YGRS! :D
I have been looking at too many cute pictures lately! :D
