Yes, I amuse myself constantly
But, seriously, folks, it's cold, wet and dreary and I am going to sponge paint my kitchen today. I am, I am, I really am.

We always call Toffee "Toffee Lou Who" after she gets her Spring Haircut. :D

A lovely night and day. Nice snowstorm, but not dangerous driving. (easy for me to say, I wasn't driving in it).
Anyhoo......
We got 10 inches. That should be enough for ANYone! ;)
I typed out some yakking, and then added pics and then "saved" and nothing.
So...
Here is my redbellied woodpecker! He loves my new feeder in one of the frontyard trees. He puts his peanuts into the knotholes on the tree and spends ten minutes extracting the yummy parts!
A baby bluejay we found this summer. We fed him for four days, then he started making a rather loud "Jay" call, and his mom and dad showed up at the window and wanted him back! We put him in a cat carrier, up in the tree, with the top open. Within a couple of hours Mom (brave girl that she was) was hopping right into the carrier to feed him bugs. Dad would feed him through the bars from outside.
